Wilfrid Laurier University and the University of Waterloo are located within minutes
of each other. This duo of sexy women, smart men, and access to some of the
best bars/clubs in the country creates an electrifying vibe that cannot be ignored.

 The Scene:

An electrifying vibe, hot women and men, and overall smart people is all fine
and dandy but without a place to party its like saying you have all the booze,
people, and money but you can only party in your mothers basement.

As you can see there is a high concentration of bars, clubs and plentiful
access to alcohol to ensure a good night every night. Some of the
notable “party central” places include:

Revolution Night Club:

This club is located within minutes of both universities and is usually
packed with a younger crowd that loves to drink, dance and grind.
It is absolutely massive and is definitely a place that lights up waterloo
on Saturday nights. Be prepared to get searched because security is
tight but the staff are more than helpful in ensuring that you have a

The Flying Dog:

The Flying Dog in Waterloo is right next to Revolution Night Club but it appeals to a very
different audience. Here you will find more mature women and men with just the right
mix of a younger but respectful crown. Some people would call this place the perfect
environment for cougars to pick up younger cubs, but who am I to judge? The vibe is
classy, fun and because the music is not over powering the conversations are beautiful.

Overall, Waterloo is an excellent place to party and because of the close proximity to
the clubs/bars, breweries, beer stores and LCBO Wilfrid Laurier University and The
University of Waterloo are good party universities in Canada.
